"Cute options, but not everything feels worth it"
I’ll give Steve Madden credit, they do have some really cute styles, especially when it comes to boots and sandals. I like that they’re willing to try different designs instead of keeping everything super basic. That said, to be fair, not every style is really for me. Some of them can feel a little too trendy or flashy for everyday wear, and at the price point, I feel like I have to really love something before buying it. The website is easy to browse, and I’ve definitely found a few pieces I like, but I wouldn’t say every design feels like a must-have.

"Pretty Good Deal for the Quality"
I grabbed a pair while they were on Sale i was happy with them. They look nice, fit well, and don’t feel cheap at all. shipping was okay too, nothing to complain about. I’d definitely buy again if the price is Right.

"Honestly, they’ve lasted better than I thought"
I bought a pair of Steve Madden boots a few months ago, and I have to admit, I wasn’t totally sure they’d hold up that well. But so far, they’ve been surprisingly solid. They’re comfortable, the stitching still looks fine, and the soles haven’t given me any problems yet. Kind of impressed, honestly.

"Pretty solid customer service experience"
I had a minor issue with my order, so I reached out to Steve Madden customer service. They got back to me fairly quickly, and it felt like I was talking to an actual person instead of getting some generic copy-paste reply. The rep helped sort out the shipping problem and made it easy overall. I was a little unsure at first, but it ended up being handled fine. I’d probably order again.

I returned my boots to swap sizes, and the whole thing was really easy... no back and forth or hassle. The refund update came through quicker than I expected too, which was a nice surprise.

I ordered these from stevemadden.com, and the shipping was totally fine. No complaints there. They’re really cute in person too, and they look pretty much like the photos, which I always appreciate because I’m a sucker for Steve Madden styles anyway.

That said, the fit was kind of frustrating for me. They felt tight around my toes but somehow loose at the heel, so walking in them got annoying quickly. Maybe my feet just don’t work with this particular style, but the sizing felt a little tricky. I still think they’re cute, just not as comfortable as I’d hoped for the price.

“It's a legit company, but they are very unorganized and don't hire appropriate associates to deal with any customer issues/complaints. I would do extensive research before ordering online. Their in store service is moderate.”

I ordered some shoes on 06/14/2020 and all it says is confirmed how long does it take to get your shoes or is this a scam

“I recently ordered some shoes on 06/20/20 and had no order confirmation. All I was given was an Order SMUS #, which is the same as the order number and nothing else. Luckily, I was taugh to always take a screenshot when ordering, because people like to play games and get over. I had to cancel my order, because according to my mom (whose card I used) said her card was charged twice. They have poor customer service quality and unless you really want those shoes, I would advise to cancel your order immediately, if it hasn't already shipped yet. Don't let them play you. It's not just me, there are hundreds of 1 star reviews complaining the same or similar thing.”
