What happened: I returned an order to Steve Madden but after writing many mails regarding my refund no one responded…*I had purchased * items from Steve Madden on ********* with order number *STEVEEU****** and returned one item SKU SM********-*****-*** through DHl courier and I received the mail that it got delivered to the Steve Madden but I do not see any track of the same while I login to the Steve Madden website also I made the payment through Klarna and it still shows me the total amount due instead it should have shown the reduced*deducted price right?**Please help me with this and why the amount is not updated on the Klarna even after I have sent the item back.
